Can someone help me link Microsoft Streets and Maps to a Pocket PC which will act as a full feature GPS? - microsoft streets and maps

My idea is to create from my trip on a PC and transfer the results on a Pocket PC, as a full GPS features voice as one of the species. I am not looking for a cell phone as part of the agreement.
