I Shols by Dr. OW / and this brand is not just for the heel, which for the entire foot.
It feels really good, and go up after a long day at school, up the stairs all day, my feet do not hurt .. much more than skating and skates are really good on my feet.
I suggest she is my whole family LOL.
I'm not sure the exact answer gel heels, but I know of a shoe to relieve aching feet. I bought a pair of Blossom, drew shoes. The shoes are great and help my feet a lot. Check it out and I hope this helps

Yes, I can also apply to the heels like a skate to buy and I always hits on the heel, but once I started, I had nothing with them, and they were so comfortable to wear, with Self, with all my shoes.
They make a big difference.
